Global Quality Assurance and Testing Manager: Your overall objective is to harmonize production quality and testing processes and improve the first-pass yield in a matrix organization, globally, across 8 sites. Your responsibility is a mix of quality assurance, electrical and mechanical testing on GIS, travelling between the sites as well as training and coaching. This is a hands-on, practical role where the ability to influence others, across a wide range of cultures and levels, will be essential for success.
Purchaser: You will be part of a 9 people multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural and international team focusing on strategic sourcing to support the development and production of high end electrical motors and mechatronics motion systems. This position reports directly to the Purchasing Manager. The purchasing department identifies and engages suitable reliable suppliers that will ensure fast and sustainable growth supporting the product development and production of high end electrical motors and mechatronics motion systems.
